Modular system design

Hardware can be specific steering control ECUs or handled in an ECU that supports other machine features.

As all software and hardware is produced in house at Lykketronic, adaptions can be made to suit customer requirements. For example if the customer has a preference on a different type of sensor or software features specific to their machines.

System Architecture

Steering & Axle Control

Steering

  • Calibrate axle potentiometer inputs
  • Two wheel steering locked- Machine remains in 2WS until operator activates a different mode via display or switched input.
  • Four wheel steering - 4WS mode with speed lockouts for safety
  • Four wheel steering with Application mode dependency - Machine is in 4WS when not applying for headland turns
  • Crab steering mode - Rear axle offset to run rear wheels in different location to front
  • Hill side assist mode - Rear axle can be positioned to support machine whilst driving across hillside
  • Trailed Implement rear axle steering- The rear axle is controlled relative to drawbar position input ensuring the sprayer follows the tractor wheelings

  • Activation of implement drive axle to assist with Field conditions

 

Muck Spreader Safety Alarm

Alert bystanders they should not approach the machine because the Spreader is still active even though the machine has stopped. Standalone product without requirement for a User interface, Service tool can be provided for initial setup of parameters. 

 

  • Wheel Speed and or GPS speed input for algorithm
  • 110 dB Audible alarm
  • RPM Speed sensor for spreader plates
  • Job computer ECU & audible alarm output
  • Output to ISOBUS display with alarm pop-up (If specified) 

User Interface

All functions can be displayed to the User via different interface products- Lykketronic Flex monitor, Lykketronic PC or integrated ISO VT Screen.
